We hope you will love your order from Goldfin, but if for any reason you would like to return your items they can be returned for exchange or refund provided that the guidelines outlined below are observed.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
Please note that we only accept returns within the 30days’ timeframe since their delivery date. If an item is sent back after the 30 days window, we will not accept your return.
Items marked as flash sale, final sale and special sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.
We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost.
To start your return, please contact email@example.com with your order ID and the product name (you can find this in your confirmation email) of the items you would like to return, we’ll be in touch in 24 hours and provide return instructions.
Once we receive the return package and determine that it's eligible for a refund, we will process the refund in 3-5 business days. After we arrange the refund, it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. If you do not receive a credit to your account within timeframe mentioned, please contact the issuing bank of your credit card. Your credit cards refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process.
